Key Responsibilities
- Independently managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes
- Actively sourcing candidates using various tools and methods (job boards, social media, sourcing platforms, networking)
- Identifying and implementing new, effective channels for attracting candidates
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or a strong background in sales
- Solid understanding of recruiting techniques and sourcing tools
- High level of proactivity, engagement, and excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure
- Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian (required)
