Your responsibilities executing Record to Report (RTR) operations, with a focus on general ledger accounting and period-end close procedures managing entity-level reporting in strict accordance with legal compliance, accounting standards, and internal requirements delivering comprehensive financial reports and analyses to internal/external stakeholders and regulatory authorities supporting the internal and external audit cycles and internal control reporting processes driving RTR process improvements and harmonisation through the implementation of innovative solutions and tools maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for process flows, work distributions, and operational guidelines participating in additional projects focused on process automation, optimization, and the implementation of risk-reduction solutions Employer requirements university degree (Bachelor or Master) in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting/RTR department Financial Accounting and IFRS knowledge fluency in English, both written and spoken knowledge of ERP system (experience in SAP system would be an advantage) knowledge of reporting tools (e.g. HFM) and ServiceNow automation and development-oriented mind-set excellent customer service skills and the ability to cooperate with different external and internal stakeholders cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively in a global environment What employer offers exciting opportunity to build a new GBS site in Gdansk as part of global GBS operation in a good company collaborative, supportive and innovative atmosphere great colleagues and a multicultural working environment possibility to develop your professional skills with modern processes and tools career opportunities within a global organisation competitive pay and bonus scheme flexible working time and hybrid working with office for purpose for 2 days a week competitive benefit package modern office location at Olivia Center along the main railroad line Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o.
