Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst with German (She/He/They)

Responsibilities:

• Overlook RTR process activities as per agreed metrics for DACH, Southern Europe, Benelux, and Middle East.
• Identify, develop, and coach team members towards effective performance and objectives realization.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment.
• Work closely with process owners to ensure all financial accounting activities are executed effectively and efficiently with appropriate controls and an end-to-end view.
• Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working in an RTR team.
• Prior experience as RTR Team Leader or RTR Team Leaders backup.
• Passion for accounting.
• Great communication skills in English; German is nice to have.
• Ability to manage calls with various client stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• General experience with ERP systems used in a multinational environment, preferably SAP.
• Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global clients.
