Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst with English

Key Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of different payroll accounts
• Active engagement in functional activities
• Variance analysis (flux analysis)
• Analysis and postings on consolidated & entity-based accounts
• Limited processing of accounting documents

Qualifications

• Financial accounting knowledge (university level)
• Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, queries; macros not required but a plus)
• Strong analytical skills (work on complex accounts and large volume of data)
• Very good command of English, spoken and written, plus basic presentation skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting department or BPO
• Self‑starter and self‑learner attitude
• Independent, flexible when milestone deadlines are at risk
• International working experience will be an asset
• Availability to work 5 days per month from Warsaw office (office located at 26 Przyokopowa Street)
