As a Record to Report Ops Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and tax compliance.

Key tasks include:

• Reconciliation of different payroll accounts
• Active engagement in functional activities
• Variance analysis (flux analysis)
• Analysis, postings on consolidated and entity based accounts
• Limited processing of accounting documents

We seek a driven, analytical, and detail oriented individual with:

• Financial accounting knowledge (university level)
• Very good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formula and query level, macros not required but will be an asset)
• Strong analytical skills (able to work on complex accounts and large volume of data)
• Very good command of English, spoken and written plus basic presentation skills
• Min 1 year of experience in accounting department or BPO
• Self-starter and Self-learner attitude
• Independent, flexible when milestone deadlines are at risk.
• International working experience will be an asset
• Availability to work 5 days per month from Warsaw office (office is located at 26 Przyokopowa Street)
