Responsibilities
- Perform payroll reconciliation balance sheet reviews.
- Support month-end reporting and project cost closure (WIP, accruals, DI, PP).
- Analyse variances and collaborate with stakeholders to explain and resolve discrepancies.
- Support reporting and forecasting in ERP (Axiom) system.
- Perform P&L analysis and support project codes review.
- Support Flash reports, monthly forecasts, review and cost allocation.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or reconciliation roles
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation workflows
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Willingness to work with US clients (including potential night shifts)
Will be an asset:
- Basic understanding of cost allocation and recharge mechanisms
- Familiarity with Flash reporting and monthly forecast updates
