On behalf of our client, we are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to join their team. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, speak fluent English, and can efficiently manage office administration and reception services, this role is for you. We offer a temporary employment contract in an environment that values independence and a proactive approach.

What we expect

• fluent Polish and communicative English at a minimum B2 level

• proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Publisher

• independence in action, strong organizational skills, and a high level of personal culture

• previous experience in a similar position is considered a significant asset

• availability to work 40 hours per week during the fixed hours of 07:30 to 15:30

Your tasks

• scheduling meetingsand appointments, and supporting other staff with organizational tasks
• comprehensive reception service
• fulfilling the daily duties related to the dynamic work of the office
• providing professional maintenance of conference rooms
• coordination and distribution of correspondence
• close cooperation with the office coordinator
• cooperation and contact with internal and external service providers (technical service, cleaning service)
• help in organizing charity and company events
• current reporting of all problems and faults in a timely manner
