For our client, a global high-tech company, we are looking to fill the position of:
Reference number: ARIA/03/2025
Workplace: Sochaczew
Duties:
Ensure timely completion of all tasks in compliance with SLA/KPI requirements
Manage cash collection processes, oversee payment methods, post manual invoices, generate reports, and follow up on outstanding items
Address email and phone inquiries efficiently
Update and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in German (C1/C2) and at least intermediate proficiency in English (B2)
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or a related field in Finance & Accounting
Strong skills in Excel, including report creation, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
