Job Title: Real Estate Procurement Senior Specialist
Location: Wroclaw, Poland. You will be part of Beko Europe’s Procurement team, within the Real Estate category of our Indirect Procurement division.
This role in summary
As part of the Real Estate Procurement team, your role will be to manage and optimize the company portfolio (properties, leases, etc.). This includes sourcing, negotiating, and managing leases; leading asset disposal and acquisition processes; and supporting technical and financial evaluations related to property conditions and obligations (e.g., dilapidations). The role requires strong technical and commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external service providers.
Your responsibilities will include
- Real Estate assets portfolio management (lease management and negotiation, surplus asset disposals, etc.)
- Technical and financial property evaluations (dilapidations, CAPEX/Opex, etc.)
- Sourcing & procurement activities (financial outlook, services/contractors tender & relationship management, contract management)
- Stakeholder management (internal functions, landlords, etc.)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, lease management or corporate property functions
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Master’s degree in business administration, procurement or a real estate/construction related field
- Understanding of property laws, lease structures and technical building terms
- Experience in managing multi‑site portfolios and large‑scale projects
- Financial analysis and asset/technical valuation expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Polish
Preferred skills and experiences
- Proven ability to deliver cost savings and process improvements
- Experience with asset/lease management tools
- Other languages (e.g., Italian, French, Turkish) are a plus to deal with local markets
