- providing strategic and financial analysis predominantly for large global companies;

What You’ll Do
- Become a trusted in-house advisor for various clients and CBRE teams on Client’s real estate strategy; ensure effective communication allowing key stakeholders to understand financial implications of real estate strategies/decisions.
- Drive financial modelling (NPV, Cash Flow + P&L impact) based on US GAAP principles, conduct scenario analysis, metroplans, country strategies.
- Develop and present financial modelling results/recommendations to CBRE team or Client including senior leadership.
- Investigate synergies, prepare scenario simulations to support key P&L drivers for specific areas.
- Evaluate and analyze a variety of financial results and indicators such as net present value, rate of return, payback period, capital expenditures, depreciation, proposals, investment opportunities, etc.
- Gather data and requirements from stakeholders for Financial Analysis, analyse the data, quality check it and run follow-up work in progress sessions with CBRE and Client teams. Provide ad-hoc financial data analysis and visualisation.
- Be ready to challenge senior stakeholders and be challenged by them when delivering recommendation to Client or CBRE team.
- Drive innovations/process enhancements including upgrades and updates to Client or in-house financial models/tools. Be ready to implement new tools and train others from them. Developing financial modelling tools.
- Be part of the team but also contribute to the team’s growth and oversee work of other financial analysts. Become an in-house trusted expert in financial analysis. Cover for other financial analysts during their downtime.
- Constantly develop the financial analysts team, provide training, support, and oversight.
- Develop BD proposals to internal and external Clients, provide advice to Client Solutions teams. Seek and discuss business opportunities with other CBRE stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
- Finance & Accountancy / Economics / Econometrics background.
- 5+ years of experience in Consultancy / Advisory / Due Diligence services.
- At least 5 years of financial modelling experience including development of financial models.
- Real Estate experience would be an asset.
- Preferred US GAAP knowledge and experience in financial modelling based on US GAAP principles.
- Data Repository tools’ experience advantageous.
- Excellent English Essential.
- Good Excel data manipulation skills (Lookups, pivot tables, If/Sum If statements – as a minimum).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical and Planning Skills.
