Real Estate Finance Advisor Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities This job is part of the Advisory & Transactions, supporting financial analysis and modelling for real estate strategies and transactions.; working closely with senior analysts and managers to provide accurate financial insights that help clients make informed decisions ensuring that best in class practices, market intelligence and feasibility are all baked into financial analysis development and rollout; bringing challenging ideas and strong business acumen Prepare financial models (NPV, cash flow, P&L impact) based on US GAAP principles Conduct scenario analysis and support country or metro-level strategies Gather and validate data from stakeholders, perform quality checks, and run follow-up sessions Provide ad-hoc financial data analysis and visualization Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal teams and clients Support process improvements and contribute to updates of financial models/tools Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of analysis and recommendations Our requirements Finance & Accountancy / Economics / Econometrics background 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis or modelling (real estate experience is a plus) Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, basic formulas) Good understanding of financial concepts (NPV, ROI, payback period) Real Estate experience would be an asset Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred US GAAP knowledge and experience in financial modelling based on US GAAP principles Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines Team player with problem-solving attitude What we offer Stable employment conditions Work based on employment contract in the international company with stable position on the labour market Career advancement program A chance to learn from the Best by attending internal courses and taking part in international programs that will enable you to travel as well as experience how we work in different places in the world.
