The Readiness Specialist plays a key role in supporting New Business Sales (NBS) representatives throughout the sales cycle. By handling various operational tasks—referred to as workflows—the Readiness Specialist enables NBS reps to concentrate on engaging with customers and driving sales. This support streamlines internal processes and enhances the overall customer experience by ensuring timely and efficient service.
