For our Client we are looking for a Candidate for the position ofReactive Risk Managementwith German.

What we expect

• Fully qualified lawyer under German law or as a business lawyer, graduated as Diplom-Wirtschaftsjurist or LL.M., obtained in Germany.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
• Professional experience in insolvency and restructuring law, e.g. as a (business) lawyer in insolvency administration.
• Proven knowledge of business administration.
• High degree of flexibility and commitment.
• Team player, working with foresight, take a proactive approach to issues, calmness and maintaing an overview even instressful situations.
• High level of resilience and a pronounced ability to deal with conflict.
• Prudent demeanour towards insolvency administrators, CEOs of suppliers etc.
• Ability to the preparation of decision recommendations to our top management under time and pressure.
• Results-orientated way of communication.
• Willingness to travel worldwide at short-notice in supply-critical cases.

Your tasks

• Independently handling worldwide supplier crisis and insolvency cases brands as LeadRisk Manager with the aim of securing supply.
• Will actively shape the further intensification of cooperation in the area of Financial Risk Management.
• Responsible for internal and external communication (e.g. with insolvency administrators, managing directors, auditors,lawyers, etc.)
• Developing suitable strategies and measures to prevent bankruptcy-related and insolvency-related production stoppage
• Draw up and negotiate contracts (e.g. continuation agreements, trade agreements).
• Supporting Preventive Financial Risk Management regarding legal issues in preventive cases.
