• We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer to join a project for our client, an innovative startup focused on cryptocurrencies. You will be one of the first engineers on the team, playing a key role in shaping the product, technology, and culture of the company.

• Build, test, and rapidly release mobile features, prioritizing fast iteration based on user feedback
• Work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment
• Contribute to both mobile frontend and backend tasks (Node.js), as needed
• Collaborate on product and UX design to create meaningful solutions for users
• Take full ownership of features from concept to deployment
• Communicate clearly, collaborate with others, and adapt quickly to changing priorities

• Senior-level experience in building and shipping mobile apps (React Native or similar technologies)
• Comfortable working with backend tasks and API integration (Node.js)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
• Strong collaboration skills and experience in contributing to product and UX design decisions
• Self-driven with the ability to take full ownership of features from start to finish
• Excellent communication skills, both in-person and remotely, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
• Residing in Poland required
