• Join our Rite NRG team as a React Native Developer to join our product team building and maintaining a mobile app used by millions of users across the UK.
• Our team is working on the customer portal - a self-service solution used by all policyholders to manage their insurance, update details, access documents, and explore additional coverage options.
• We focus specifically on user retention - delivering features that encourage customers to stay, renew, and remain actively engaged. It’s a high-impact area with direct influence on business performance. A large, cross-functional team maintains the portal and continually evolves to serve millions of users more effectively.

• Develop and maintain robust React Native applications for iOS and Android
• Deliver new features and improvements in a mature codebase
• Write and maintain automated tests using TypeScript, Appium (or equivalent)
• Ensure app performance, stability, and maintainability
• Integrate with REST APIs, manage asynchronous data flows
• Handle push notifications, deep linking, permissions, and use tools like Sentry for debugging
• Collaborate in a cross-functional product team (3 mobile devs, 2 backend devs, QA, Product Owner, and Designer)
• Contribute to Agile delivery processes with a focus on speed, value, and iteration

• Min. 3 years of experience as a React Native Developer (iOS and Android)
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native and TypeScript
• Proven experience managing app state using Redux or similar solutions
• Experience in writing and maintaining automated tests (e.g., using TypeScript, Appium, Jest)
• Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
• Familiarity with tools like Sentry (or equivalent) for debugging and issue resolution
• Good understanding of React Navigation, deep linking, push notifications, and permissions management
• Experience working in Agile environments with a focus on product value and iteration
• Team-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
• Fluency in Polish and an advanced level of English (B2/C1)
