RMDS Developer/Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize TIBCO expertise to develop, integrate, and maintain systems that support business processes
• Work with web services and, if applicable, Kafka, to enhance data integration and processing capabilities
• Apply strong knowledge of databases, particularly SQL and Oracle, to manage and manipulate data effectively
• Utilize expertise in relational database management systems (RMDS) to support data-driven decision-making and operations
• Proactively take on new tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a curious mindset and a strong personal drive to achieve objectives
• Maintain a broad perspective on project direction, translating high-level goals into actionable development items

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tibco experience (preferred skills: TIBCO BuisnessWorks)
• Database knowledge (SQL and Oracle)
• Good knowledge in relational database management system (RMDS)
• Good understanding of data and use of it in the organisation
• Data management (as discipline): Some understanding of data management as a ‘discipline’
• English fluent – verbal and in writing
• Ability to quickly capture and understand things – and with ability to have a wider perspective (understanding the direction) as well as transforming that into development items
• Ability to work in an environment which is fast paced (delivering on milestones and in an agile environment)
• Curious mindset and own drive – willing to take on new tasks and with this executing on the agreed plan
• Knowledge of Web services, Kafka - nice to have
