We are searching for a:
Order to Contract Specialist
We believe that all of our employees should represent the RICOH way philosophy on a day to day basis, therefore we look for the best talent available.
More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Data entry of Ricoh customers’ orders based on data supplied by sales.
- Clean order check of the contract information (billing accounts, prices, services accounts, credit approval, assets, duration, etc.) received from Sales Team to ensure that all documentation is correct.
- The accurate and timely order entry of all order types into Siebel.
- Managing incoming queries from Sales, Supply Chain and customers.
- Creating service accounts.
- Terminating existing lease contracts as required.
- Meet or exceed SLAs to deliver a high level of customer (internal and external) satisfaction.
- Identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance.
What we are looking for in you:
In order to be successful in this position you need to have written and spoken fluency in English as well as good communication skills , ability to work on your own as well as a part of a team. Moreover, we would like you to be attentive to detail and have analytical mind.
