Reliability Engineer – Cracow, Poland

Position Overview
The Reliability Engineer will be located in our Cracow office and will participate in full‑lifecycle activities for hardware, software, and operations across automotive, railways, and buses. You will work on cutting‑edge battery pack systems that integrate chemical, electronic, and safety complexities, providing true engineering challenges.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute reliability activities throughout the product development lifecycle;
- Analyze customer specifications and define reliability requirements at system and component levels;
- Conduct reliability analyses including FMEA, FTA, Weibull analysis, and predictive modeling;
- Collect and interpret operational data to identify failure trends and root causes;
- Support the development of maintenance strategies including CBM and RCM;
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement reliability improvements and ensure compliance with industry standards;
Requirements
- Engineering degree in electronics, mechatronics, mechanical, or a related field;
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in automotive, rail, or industrial sectors;
- Proficient in reliability prediction methodologies and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Weibull++, RCM software);
- Familiarity with standards such as FIDES, IEC62380, MIL‑HDBK‑217F, ISO 26262, EN50126;
- Experience with system architecture, testing, and failure analysis;
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities;
- Detail‑oriented and capable of working independently;
