We are looking for a R&D  Senior Software Developer to drive innovation and solution development in Grid Automation. In this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting-edge technology. You will be developing the power grids of the future, creating software that is used in crucial infrastructure and real time. The product is designed to have a long life while also being very efficient and secure.

Your Background

• You have a degree from university in computer science/engineering or other relevant education. 
• You have 5 years of experience as Senior Developer or Technical Lead position 
• Proven experience in similar software developer roles programming in  C++ and C#. 
• Capability to read and understand Fortran code will be a plus 
• Practitioner using AI tools to improve development efficiency 
• You have experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Linux. 
• You have experience in software optimization and improving performance 
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written is required. 
• You do not stand still when you do not know something and have a sense of humor, flexible communication skills required to be a team player 
• It is important that technology is your passion and a willingness to share your knowledge. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
