We are looking for an R&D Engineer for System Drives experienced with embedded software development and power electronic background to help us maintaining #1 position as global drives player.
As a member of the Research and Development (R&D) for System Drives team based in Krakow, you will be responsible for developing the Medium Voltage Drives product software.

responsibilities :
Development of embedded software for medium voltage drives in C++
Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, including experts in physics, control algorithm design, software development, and systems engineering
Review and interpret technical documentation and electrical diagrams related to drive systems and testing setups
Being involved in quality and cyber security assurance in created code
Be open to occasional international travel to our R&D centers, manufacturing facilities, and client locations
requirements-expected :
Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics
Bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in embedded software development using C/C++, ideally within the field of power electronics
Demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and spoken; experience with GIT and familiarity with continuous integration tools like Jenkins are desirable
A solid grasp of converter control theory will be an advantage
Show initiative, independence, and comfort working in Agile teams, with proven problem-solving abilities and a passion for learning and knowledge sharing
