Your responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams in close collaboration with the responsible line management
- Drive development of multiple product roadmap items with R&D technical team and all cross- functional stakeholders
- Regular and comprehensive reporting about R&D projects and stakeholder management
- Drive the implementation of the backlog in a transparent and efficient way and ensure quality and timeliness of releases.
- Responsible of scope definition, budget estimation and planning of the different R&D projects
- Setup and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers
- Collect and clarify requirements and drive prioritization with multiple stakeholders
- Responsible of risk and opportunity management and change control within the projects
- Support the roll-out of releases to supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing, and ensure smooth handover to the operational organization
- Support the R&D organization in continuously improving the processes and ways of working
Our requirements
- Diploma/Master/PhD in electrical engineering or related discipline
- Technical project management experience including full lifecycle developments; all aspects from initial research & development, specifications development, concept development, design, testing & validation, qualification, and industrialization
- Experience in product development and project management in a multisite and global team environment
- PMP certification or similar is an advantage
- Strong team and leadership skills
- Pro-active, creative and problem solving person
- Work very well independently and have a strong self-motivation
- Fluent in English
