Obowiązki

• Lead international transfers and commissioning of machines/lines.

• Supervise installations, technical acceptance, and start-up compliance (safety/quality).

• Support process stabilization and ramp-up post-commissioning.

Wymagania

• Optimize R&D processes using AI tools and Lean methodology.

• Boost efficiency and quality through root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Maintain technical documentation (PFMEA, Process Flow, Work Instructions).

• Conduct technical trials and validation activities.

Oferujemy

• Degree: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related field.

• Experience: Machine transfers, industrialization, or process development.

• Skills: Technical drawing interpretation and hands-on problem-solving.

• Language: Good English (daily international cooperation).

• Mobility: Readiness for occasional travel.
