The Opportunity
As R&D Mechanical Engineer for Liquid-type Transformers you will join a global leader in sustainable energy. Youll work with passionate, diverse, and talented colleagues to shape the future of transformer technology.
How Youll Make An Impact
- Help shape global standardization projects across our transformer factories, fostering collaboration and innovation
- Analyze existing designs and manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for technological upgrades and productivity improvements
- Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and integrate them into global technical, material, and production standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical experts worldwide to resolve engineering challenges and close technical gaps
- Maintain clear documentation of changes, including rationale, using document management systems and publishing workflows
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure the success and adoption of new standards and technologies
- Develop and deliver training programs for design engineers, including hands‑on materials and workshops
- Provide technical support to factories, sales teams, and customers when needed
Your background
- Minimum Master’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or similar
- More than 2 years of working, experience in large organization and/ or Transformers Domain expertise is considered a plus
- Solid track record as project leader
- Responsible team player with structured, proactive, self‑driven, and result‑oriented work approach
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and with 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
