Responsibilities
- Onboard/offboard team members, ensuring tools and access are ready for smooth startup and transitions.
- Manage recruitment pipelines to attract and select diverse, high‑potential candidates.
- Create yearly development plans and empower employees to grow, learn, and succeed.
- Handle administrative tasks such as travel planning, leave management, cost reviews and coordinating trainings and conferences.
- Address conflicts, conduct regular 1:1s, and support salary reviews and promotions.
- Build partnerships with external institutes, universities and software houses, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience
- University/master’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience, including leadership in C++ software development and embedded Linux with HVAC exposure.
- Experience leading teams in agile embedded software product or technology development; PMO project deployment; familiarity with HVAC markets, systems, customers, competitors and suppliers.
Skills & Know‑how
- Strong technical knowledge in C++ and embedded Linux.
- Mechanical engineering background.
- Familiarity with HVAC technologies and stakeholders.
- Experience with SAFe or similar agile R&D processes.
- Ability to guide teams and align with product owners.
Nice to Have
- Additional language skills beyond English (German or other).
- Experience working with HVAC industry partners and suppliers.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management, QA/testing and DevOps practices.
