The Wrocław R&D Tech Center HSE Lead is a technical and personal Leader who works with all site teams within the pilot plant, Research and Development, and the Regional HSE, PSM Teams. Reporting directly to the R&D Tech Center Technical Lead; this position provides the opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on maturing HSE / PSM culture, HSE Training, ensuring legal compliance and supporting continuous improvement of health, safety and environmental programs as our facilities work toward best-in-class systems and metrics.

This position will require excellent management and leadership skills to ensure program compliance, execute strategic plans, and engage people in continuous improvement.

What you will bring

• University degree in Health/Safety/Environmental Science, Engineering; degree or certification according to Polish law required (BHP certification required or in progress)
• At least 3 years of experience in HSE in a manufacturing or R&D environment; CPG or food industry preferred
• Very good command of English and Polish (Polish in spoken/written required for part of site BHP role – PL law requirements)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with individuals at all levels
