Your responsibilities

Supervising the work of a subordinate team of specialists and Leaders
Generating and developing innovative ideas
Developing the ability to work effectively in teams
Conducting and supervising projects in the area of innovation and development
Cooperation with interdisciplinary design teams
Presentation of projects to the companys management
Timely preparation and submission of required reports
Supporting the involvement of company employees in current and upcoming projects
Implementation of the companys strategic internal policy
Building a positive image of the company
Participation in the design of installations and production processes
Participation in audits

Our requirements

Knowledge of the Home Care and Personal Wash product market, including biocidal and ecological products, confirmed by experience
Knowledge of technology for producing Household Products and Personal Wash products on a mass scale
Knowledge of legislation
Knowledge of production installations
Ability to prepare and conduct project meetings.
Experience in improving cooperation and motivating project teams.
Communication skills, creativity and organizational skills
experience in working with international clients and retail chains
knowledge of the quality requirements of the European market, especially the German market
Commitment, responsibility and the ability to make decisions independently
Ability to present, present conclusions and recommend solutions
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of English at B2 level
