Our team describes itself as passionate, collaborative, and innovative - we work hard, but we also enjoy the freedom to experiment and bring new ideas to life.Based in Poznań, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe and beyond.**What you will be doing** In this role, you will take part in developing the next generation of decarbonized melting processes and contribute to reducing our climate footprint.You will:* Define new melting concepts and translate them into practical solutions.* Design and run test programs, analyze data, and evaluate results.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present designs to relevant stakeholders.* Engage in tender processes, working closely with suppliers.* Commission and supervise technology implementation in factories worldwide.* Keep track of global decarbonization trends and integrate external knowledge into projects.* Travel 60–80 days per year, mainly across Europe, to work directly with colleagues, suppliers, and on-site projects.**What you bring*** 3–5 years of experience in electrification tasks, such as high power/current engineering, arc-furnaces, induction, or plasma solutions.* Solid knowledge of electric processes (e.g., transformers, rectifiers, arc processes).* A flair for adapting R&D activities into practical development work.* Willingness to work in factories worldwide, supporting tests and pilot productions.* Strong data analytics skills.* Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.**What we offer:**By joining our team, you become a part of the people-centric work environment of a Danish company.
