Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Execute Asset Management accounting transactions with precision, ensuring adherence to process documentation and standards, particularly related to:
  • the investment process;
  • creation and maintenance of asset master data;
  • the transfer, disposal and sale of assets;
  • closing and reporting activities;
  • physical inventory count;
  • handling of audit requests;
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and reporting activities.
  • Reconcile general ledger and subledgers accounts.
  • Cooperate with other departments and local accounting platform.
  • Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues.
  • Assist with financial audits.
  • Comply with standards, policies and procedures defined.
  • Document and monitor internal controls.
  • Contribute to process improvements, actively participating in a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Who You Are:

  • Very good German and English language skills (Must) .
  • University degree preferable in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, controlling or similar.
  • Profound knowledge of asset management and general accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Dedication and accuracy, strong organizational skills, ability to make decisions, and eager to learn.
  • Motivation, communication, teamwork and ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment.
