R2R (Junior) Team Leader

Your responsibilities

  • Process complex transactions and resolve process-related issues.
  • Manage period-end close activities and reporting in the end-to-end lifecycle of the process.
  • Monitor fixed asset transactions and budgets.
  • Review and approve General Ledger journals, accruals, provisions, and other entries.
  • Review operational and financial reports and add analytical insights.
  • Monitor and test financial controls as per the client control framework.
  • Support the team manager in handling client escalations.
  • Provide encouragement, feedback, and coaching to team members.

Our requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the RTR process area.
  • Minimum English at level B2 is a must.
  • German at level B1+ is nice to have.
  • Management experience in RTR or a desire to gain it.
  • At least a Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
