R2R Finance and Accounting Team Leader with German

YOUR TASKS

• Managing a small team and supporting them in the daily activities as well as in their development.
• Reviewing and approving of General Ledger Journals, Accruals, Provisions, allocations and other entries according to the schedule.
• Monitoring the status of Intercompany reconciliations and agreement of Intercompany balances with counterparties.
• Monitoring of fixed assets related transactions and budgets and contacting the fixed asset owners to initiate the fixed asset capitalization.
• Reconciliation of medium / high risk balance sheet accounts and review of low/medium risk reconciliations.
• Preparation and execution of Period End Close related activities according to agreed time table and procedures.
• Review of operational reports from the area of expertise and adding the analytical insights.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 3 years experience in the R2R or similar area.
• Experience in people management and leading a team (team leader, backup TL, coordinator).
• At least C1 level of English and German.
• At least a bachelors degree.
• Experience in MS Office tools.
• Ability to analyze end to end R2R processes.
• Multitasking, ability to organize your own work according to procedures.
