Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.

Zadania:
- Lead end-to-end R2R (Record to Report) business transformation initiatives to optimize financial processes and systems
- Design and implement strategic improvements in financial reporting, compliance, and data management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process standardization
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively across all levels of the organization
- Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members involved in transformation activities
- Monitor industry best practices and incorporate innovative solutions to enhance financial operations
Wymagania:
- 13+ years of experience in Finance, especially in Record-to-Analyze (R2A): General Accounting, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Period End Close, Reconciliation, Reporting.
- 7+ years in leadership roles such as Cross-Stream Project Lead or Multi-Tower Solution Lead.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, reporting standards, and compliance regulations
- Expertise in process analysis, redesign, and automation technologies such as ERP systems and robotic process automation (RPA)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with a proactive and adaptable approach to change management
