Zadania:
Lead end-to-end implementation of R2R (Record to Report) transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectivesAnalyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracyDesign and develop innovative solutions to streamline financial reporting, compliance, and data managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration of transformation initiativesManage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful project executionConduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate change management and adoption of new processes and toolsWymagania:
Proven experience in Business Transformation, R2R processes, and financial systemsStrong understanding of financial reporting and compliance standardsExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneouslyRelevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or PMP are highly desirableTechnical proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics, and reporting toolsFluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and convincinglyOferujemy:
