We are currently seeking an experienced R2D (Record to Disclose) Expert to support our finance transformation initiative, focusing on the transition from legacy financial systems to SAP S/4HANA. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, process alignment, and compliance across our R2D landscape during this major ERP transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support R2D workstreams during the transition from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA
• Analyze and map financial data (GL, fixed assets, reporting structures) from legacy systems to S/4HANA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end R2D processes
• Ensure alignment with corporate accounting policies and regulatory compliance requirements
• Conduct system testing, data validation and reconciliation efforts throughout the migration process
• Provide subject matter expertise on best practices and S/4HANA capabilities in the finance domain
• Support change management and training initiatives for finance stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in R2D processes, including general ledger, fixed assets and financial reporting
• Strong experience working with legacy ERP systems in finance and accounting domains
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly in the context of finance transformation projects
• Ability to analyze, map, and migrate financial data from legacy systems to S/4HANA
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
