Responsibilities
- Market monitoring in the field of announced tender procedures, search and selection of tenders
- Preparing price offers
- Work in data management systems (SAP, Service Cloud)
- Preparation of offers and submission of necessary documentation as part of participation in tenders
- Comprehensive supervision and management of the tender process
- Analyzing and verifying tender documents
- Preparation and acquisition of the necessary documents required in public procurement
- Cooperation with the companys departments involved in the tendering and order processing process
Requirements
- Professional experience gained in the tendering department
- Practical knowledge of the Public Procurement Law
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Reliability, accuracy, commitment and initiative in action
- Ability to prioritize and work on several tasks at once
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (min. B2)
- Practical knowledge of SAP or Service Cloud will be an advantage
- Practical computer skills (MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word)
