We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with the following qualifications to be employed at our Mercedes Project in Jawor, Poland. If you think you meet the expectations and this role is a precious opportunity for your career path, do not hesitate to contact us!

• Reviewing construction plans to prepare or verify quantity surveys for payments, cost estimates, planning, and progress reporting
• Preparing interim payment certificates
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other departments
• Managing the financial and contractual control of subcontractors’ accounts
• Reviewing and assessing subcontractors’ variations and claims
• Improving and implementing best-practice commercial processes
• Supporting the procurement team with RFQ packages (e.g., providing BoQs)
• Assisting the cost team as needed (e.g., providing cash flow forecasts)
• Supporting the tender team as needed

• Graduated from the Civil Engineering department of a university
• 4–5 years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• A broad understanding of work contracts
• A working knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical Work Packages
• Ability to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, and drawings
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent command of both Polish and English, written and spoken (mandatory)
• Proficient in using Excel and AutoCAD
