Quantitative Risk Analysts (all levels - From Associates to Senior)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Quantitative Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Root‑cause analysis for data quality issues, followed by data reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy across sources.
- Data extraction based on desired content for various analyses and reports.
- Optimising data flows and algorithms to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Refining business requirements and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs.
- Developing analytical tools to improve data analysis and decision‑making.
- Product management, aligning data‑related products with business objectives and user needs.
- Executing the Data Governance Recipe in line with best practices and policies.
- Preparing reports and documentation for senior management and external reporting.
Who You Are
- Adaptable in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Structured and able to coordinate multiple deliveries simultaneously.
- Self‑driven, able to work independently, yet collaborative with others.
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data and processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident speaking up and conveying business requirements to IT teams.
- Curious, proactive, solution‑focused and eager to learn and improve continuously.
Your experience and background
- For junior profiles: Interest and flair for data & analysis.
- For senior profiles: Experience with Credit Risk modelling, capital reporting, and knowledge of regulatory requirements such as BCBS239 and TRIM.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Python or similar.
- Master’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, physics, mathematics or related field.
- Strong focus on results, deliveries and deadlines.
- Experience with Big Data would be an asset.
- Interest in finance and technology.
