For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: 
Quantitative Analyst 

Location: hybrid model, 3 days of work from the office in Krakow
Type of work: B2B via Hays Poland
Rate: 1000-1300 net + VAT/day
Length: long-term cooperation (first contract until the end of the year)
Start date: ASAP/One month

We’re looking specialist to: 
Your team:
You'll be working with the Stress Coverage and Analytics team within Quantitative Risk Modeling in our Krakow (or Mumbai) office. Our role is to ensure and evidence how identified risks are managed across the organization. The team works closely with Risk Identification, Political and Country Risk, Stress Methodology, PPNR team, Reporting and the Front Office.

Your role: 
Are you interested in understanding how banks manage their unique risks during periods of economic and financial stress? Do you have a passion and experience in developing innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud? Do you want to use these skills to take a leading role in automating the enterprise-wide governance processes associate with managing financial and non-financial risks? If yes, then this role may be for you.

Would be responsible to develop a Canvas App that includes following features:
  • Connections to a large number of Dataverse tables with complex relationships. The relationships between tables often will need to be defined by the user within the app e.g. mapping the content of one table to another table and then saving this in a third table.
  • App Screens where filtered content of a Dataverse table is presented. These tables need to be editable using validated controls. For example, a drop-down that provides options from a separate Dataverse via a search query.
  • Search queries that work on data sets that exceed the PowerApps maximum of 2000 rows of data (some datasets sourced by app include 600k+ rows of data).
  • Other complex coding requirements needed to find workarounds to other technical limitations of Power Platform and to ensure App functions in accordance with UBS IT Security and Software development policies.
  • Put in place approval workflows. Develop a number of Power Automate flows and link these to the APP
  • Would also be required to link Dataverse and the Power App to various datasets within Azure Cloud.

What we expect from you: 
  • Your expertise
    Undergraduate or Master's degree in either Finance, Economics, or a Coding/App-development relevant course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing applications using Power Platform and cloud-based solutions (Azure).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Thrive in a dynamic and unstructured environment; deliver results autonomously and in a team setting
  • Strong process and project management skills, with the ability to execute against tight deadlines and effectively respond to evolving requirements
  • Strong analytic skills, specifically in data gathering and ad hoc research and analysis
