Your Role
- Lead internal and external audits for systems and processes, including IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, VDA (FFA), Customer Specific Requirements, and EOS
- Manage IATF 16949 certification processes for the Technical Center
- Drive maintenance and upgrades of global standards for Quality Systems Management
- Ensure audit readiness and flawless execution to support successful product launches
- Act as the primary contact for external certification bodies
- Coordinate implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX, and ISO 17025 standards
- Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the QS&DA department
- Mentor teams to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
- Define and monitor Quality System KPIs (audit closure rates, non-conformance trends, certification status)
Your background
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Quality or Operations
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
- Certified IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 auditor
- Strong communication skills in English; Experienced in MS Office
- Ability to travel more than 15% of working time to support audits
