Quality System Engineer

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Systems / IMS / Internal Auditing in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 highly preferred)
  • Certified Internal Auditor ISO 9001 (14001 / 45001 – nice to have)
  • Solid knowledge of CAPA, document control, audits, and IMS processes
  • Practical experience with quality tools: FMEA, 5 Why, PDCA, 8D
  • Manufacturing background required; experience with metal materials (copper, aluminum, steel) is an advantage
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949 is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

,[Establish, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Ensure daily compliance with system procedures, policies, and legal requirements, Create, review, and maintain system documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms), Plan, conduct, and report internal audits and support external audits (certification, customer, surveillance), Manage CAPA processes: non-conformities, root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions, Monitor legal, regulatory, and customer compliance in QHSE scope, Deliver quality, environmental and OHS trainings and promote system awareness, Support production and quality teams in problem-solving activities, Participate in handling customer and internal complaints, Prepare system performance reports and support management reviews, Ensure compliance with fire protection and occupational health & safety requirements, Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as the organization grows Requirements: IMS, ISO, 8D, Audits
