Mars Snacking, Quality Department
Location: Poznań

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Food Industry or Quality roles.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, and quality & food safety management systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively, educate others on quality principles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Strong risk management, auditing, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and stakeholders, demonstrating integrity and trust.
Deploy and maintain QMS and FSSC 22000 standards across the factory, ensuring compliance and regular verification.
Organize and lead internal and external audits, providing clear communication and training for QMS internal auditors.
Manage local and regional CAPA processes, including validation, verification, and closure based on audit findings and incidents.
Oversee consumer and customer complaint investigations, analysis, trending, and resolution projects.
Promote and strengthen the Quality Culture and Capabilities by organizing events, engaging stakeholders, and developing quality training programs.
Represents Q&FS in growth activities, ensuring all risks are properly and timely managed
Implements and supports Visual Product Quality System
