Your Tasks

• Ensure compliance with quality management procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Monitor and uphold quality standards throughout the production process, contributing to improvement initiatives
• Perform precise laboratory tests to evaluate product quality and record results systematically
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in SAP, analyse data, and communicate effectively with clients
• Provide training on quality control procedures to production teams
• Develop and oversee product labelling for integration into SAP
• Act as a “Key User” for accurate data entry and system updates
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of quality management systems and documentation practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive corrective actions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Proficiency in manufacturing‑related software and preferably SAP systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
