Join the team working on a new greenfield project in Poland for a global technology and engineering company that builds critical infrastructure for IT, energy and thermal performance.
Currently, for one of our clients, we are looking for people to fill the position Quality Manager (m/f).
Quality Manager (m/f)
Twoje zadania
Your tasks:
- use of QA methodologies to determine root cause(s) and the development, implementation and monitoring of effective corrective and preventive actions,
- apply a thorough understanding of QA methodologies and systems,
- interact with customers and third-party inspectors,
- ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements,
- ensure evaluation of, and reporting on, vendor quality systems,
- keep up on standards, regulations/law, issues and news with respect to product (service) quality,
- manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products,
- lead a team of inspectors, auditors, and technicians,
- oversee processes in receiving, work in process and final inspections,
- oversee inspection (examination) of incoming materials, ensuring that they meet requirements,
- work with customers, employees, contractors and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements,
- oversee return goods authorization process,
- ensure accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices,
- ensure clerical duties under the umbrella of Document Control responsibilities.
Twoje kwalifikacje
Our requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field,
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality control within a manufacturing environment,
- strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) and industry standards,
- experience with quality tools such as root cause analysis, failure mode effects analysis (FMEA), and statistical process control (SPC),
- familiarity with product testing, inspection techniques, and material specifications,
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail,
- excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software/systems,
- certification in quality management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus,
- previous supervisor experience preferred.
