We are currently looking for a new member to join our team as Quality Manager (M/F) for our Plants in France.
Employment takes place at our Polish office ICS Poland in Brwinów. The workplace itself varies according to Employers request, i.e. the job has to be done during workdays in our French factories or remotely in our Polish plant.
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with hands-on mentality, good communication skills and profound knowledge in implementing QM-system, preferred in IATF 16949.
MAIN DUTIES
• Developing, maintaining, expanding and documenting the QM system in our French plants (in Arras and Peronne)
• Assure development, operation, maintenance, continuous improvement and regulatory compliance of the following Quality Systems:
- Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) System
- Non-conforming (NCR) Material Program
- Calibration System
- Document Management
- Internal, External and Supplier Quality Audits
- Test Method Design and Validation
- Approved Vendor List (AVL) and Supplier Quality Management Function
• Overviewing and follow-up of the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Training of employees
• Statistical analysis
• Reporting to the local Management
REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS
• Bachelor of Science Degree or college degree in Engineering or related field or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a quality function in an industrial production
• Good knowledge in ISO 9000 and also preferable in IATF 16949
• Strong self-awareness of oneself and ones team and ability to develop/improve and be quick in action
• LEAN principles are a plus
• Good knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good knowledge in English and French is mandatory
• Good communication skills
• Correct behavior
• Willingness to travel
• Well-structured working method
• High sense of responsibility
