The Role & Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Quality Manager to join our team on a fixed term position. In this role within the AB Neo team, you will oversee and uphold the highest standards of quality assurance and legislative compliance. You will lead continuous improvement efforts and support various quality projects to ensure the site meets all assurance and legislative requirements effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting Quality Direction for the Site and working with the wider AB Neo QA Team.
• Managing the application of AB Agri and AB Neo Quality Policy and overall HACCP Management Systems.
• Leading quality initiatives across the site and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Providing technical expertise, advice, direction, support, and coaching.
• Facilitating the implementation of AB Agri and AB Neo standards and requirements.
• Ensuring site QA KPI’s are delivered, and quality management systems are up-to-date and implemented.
• Managing information requests and supporting audit completion.
• Overseeing supplier approval and assessment and supporting supplier management to ensure compliance.
• Ensuring raw material approval and assessment and supporting raw material management compliance.
