Quality Management System Engineer Miejsce pracy: Warszawa Your responsibilities Your Mission As a QMS Engineer, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System in the Maintenance Services organization. You’ll ensure compliance with internal and external standards, support teams in applying quality processes, and drive a culture of quality across the site. Key Responsibilities 1. Deploy and Support Quality Processes Implement Alstom and regional quality processes and tools at the Warsaw site. Work closely with local quality teams to ensure smooth adoption and understanding. Provide training and day-to-day support to teams on quality procedures. 2. Ensure Compliance and Audit Readiness Maintain compliance with Alstom, customer, and international standards (ISO 9001, ECM). Work with the EHS function to integrate the quality management system with other standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001). Organize and lead internal audits and support external audits. Track and manage action plans from audits and assessments. 3. Monitor and Improve QMS Performance Lead regular reviews of quality processes and system performance. Keep documentation up to date and accessible. Report progress and improvement actions to site management. 4. Promote a Quality Culture Train employees on quality tools, problem-solving, and process improvement. Encourage proactive risk and opportunity management. Foster collaboration across departments to improve quality outcomes. Our requirements Education: University degree in Quality, Process Management or related field. Experience: Background in quality assurance, audits, and using quality tools (e.g., root cause analysis, 5 Whys, etc.). Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to train and coach others. Team player with a proactive mindset. Knowledge: ISO 9001 required Familiarity with IRIS, ECM, EN15085 is a plus. Internal auditor certification preferred.
