ING Hubs Poland is hiring for a dedicated and detail‑oriented Quality Management Specialist to help co‑create, oversee and enhance quality management standards across multiple HR functions. The role focuses on building controls and governance to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of HR processes, aligned with organizational goals and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality management standards for HR processes across HR operations.
  • Conduct regular pre‑audits and reviews to ensure compliance with HR processes, policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement in HR operations and recommend actionable solutions; ensure corrective actions are requested and completed within the agreed timeframe.
  • Analyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements; collaborate with HR teams to document and implement streamlined workflows and quality controls.
  • Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR operations and track progress over time.
  • Ensure country HR practices adhere to labor laws, audit standards, data protection regulations, and internal policies; provide guidance and training to HR staff on compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality findings, including audit findings, quality issues, and improvement plans for senior management; maintain updated documentation for HR processes and quality standards.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to monitor function effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management assurance and process improvement, ideally within HR functions; 5 years of experience in the area.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, quality management tools and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and influence change.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO Quality Management, or HR certifications are an advantage.
