Quality Improvement Specialist (M/F)

Główne zadania

• Analyze quality performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement and develop quality standards across SEBN Group plants.
• Provide support, mentoring, and training in problem-solving tools and production improvement processes (Problem Solving, 5Why, KAIZEN).
• Participate in internal, external and process audits (including VDA 6.3, Pika Pika).
• Promote and implement the best practices and optimization tools.

Wymagania

• Higher education (preferably technical or quality management).
• Knowledge of Lean Management fundamentals and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and project management experience.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication.
• German language skills will be an additional asset.
• Willingness to travel within SEBN Group.
• Specialized qualifications such as VDA 6.3 auditor certification are welcome.
