Managing analysis of product quality, process data, and consumer feedback to identify tasks and find any opportunities to improve Product Quality and process capability
Overseeing KPI performance and AP/SP planning
Consolidation and reporting to GSCA KPIs, managing FMS; ensuring fast responses to market queries
Taking full ownership of all serious quality incident management reported by the market
Leading and managing Global and Local improvement activities
Playing a crucial role as a support function towards Production needs
Managing new/upgraded equipment qualification in terms of product quality and process capability
Developing best practices and ensuring that they are operational/effective, and bringing expected improvements
Maintaining efficient quality team delivery, with continuous people development
Wymagania
Technical University Degree
At least 3 years of experience in similar position in Quality Improvement / Quality Management
Very good English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management, prioritization, self‑management, and organizational skills
