In this role, you will be a key driver of our QEHS initiatives, with responsibilities that include:
Strategic Leadership: You will lead and support the implementation and continuous improvement of all QEHS policies, programs, and procedures across Central and Eastern Europe. This includes meeting with leaders to understand unique business needs and collaboratively developing tactics to improve systems and processes.
Operational Management: You will be accountable for managing non-compliance and document control, ensuring all findings are properly recorded, investigated, and closed according to corporate and ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards. Your expertise will be used to oversee document governance, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all controlled procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement: You will build and manage long-term relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams, acting as our companys QEHS representative for our Central and Eastern European sites and international partners. You will also create monthly governance reports to provide direction and expertise.
Compliance and Risk Mitigation: You will develop internal systems to ensure compliance with all QEHS standards and legislation. This includes overseeing risk management, maintaining risk and legal registers, and ensuring legal compliance with regulatory authorities such as CE, UL, and CSTB.
Training and Auditing: You will support site teams through training and development programs to ensure a deep understanding of QEHS standards. You will also implement, monitor, and audit QEHS performance, including emergency management and business continuity plans, to ensure continuous adherence to ISO standards.

As the QEHS (Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety) Manager, you will provide essential leadership and support to the company’s Quality & EHS departments for our Central and Eastern Europe operations. This position will be responsible for driving and fostering the growth of Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety initiatives throughout our Central and Eastern Europe locations. You are influential and provide leadership as a subject matter expert to ensure compliance with Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements affecting multiple locations. You will ensure compliance with all applicable policy, standards, and regulations, while proactively analyzing risks and defining SMARTER corrective actions with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a critical role that requires a proactive approach to maintaining our commitment to quality, environmental, health, safety, and sustainability.
Travel
This position requires international travel up to 20% of the time.
