• Participate in collection of feedback from the market on products to be sure to have fact-based data to be able to take right decisions; be able to utilize a great understanding of Root Cause Analysis to be able to address not only symptoms, but the cause of the problem
  
  
• Engage in the design, development and risk management activities in product development (especially when it comes to quality related matters regarding function)
  
  
• Act as a bridge to other functions to ensure that the decided quality level of the products is withheld or improved before it is in use at the customer site
  
  
• Review, create and update processes needed to sustain right quality level in our products
  
  
• When needed, act as an internal auditor on internal processes that has impact on the quality outcome
  
  

• University degree in Bachelor of Science (or eqv.) as well as experience from quality or technical positions within manufacturing industries (mechanical or electronical)
  
  
• Experience from using problem solving tools and methodologies
  
  
• Strong analytical problem solving and decision-making skills
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to advocate for product excellence and quality
  
  
• A curious and open mind-set and willingness to learn what is needed to achieve greatness
  
  
• Experience from being involved in verification of chosen solutions (preferably from a quality perspective)
  
  
• Must be fluent in English, preferably also Swedish and/or Polish, other languages are a plus
